Anastasia Kopceuch, LMT, BCTMB, is a board-certified massage therapist and somatic mindfulness practitioner with advanced training in mindfulness meditation instruction. She supports individuals healing from trauma and helps them reconnect with their natural sense of peace, safety, and wholeness. After completing her professional training at the Professional School of Massage in 2005, Anastasia earned the distinguished designation of Board Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, the highest credential in her field awarded by the National Certification Board. This recognition reflects her deep commitment to excellence, integrity, and compassionate care. For more than a decade, Anastasia served as the principal massage therapist at a chiropractic and sports rehabilitation facility, specializing in orthopedic treatment and advanced corrective muscle therapies. While this foundation deepened her understanding of the body’s structure and function, she felt called to expand her approach, to include not only the physical body, but the mind and nervous system as vital parts of healing. Formally trained under Fernando Rojas, LMT, PhD, a Massage Therapy Hall of Fame inductee and Master Somatic Movement Educator (ISMETA), Anastasia integrates Somatic Mindfulness into her practice to nurture healing, safety, and wholeness. Today, as the founder of Metta Embodiment, Anastasia specializes in neurosomatic therapy and trauma-informed care. Her work weaves mindful touch, corrective movement, and compassionate presence to help clients uncover and resolve the root causes of pain; whether structural, neurological, or emotional. With a gentle and intuitive approach, she creates a safe, supportive space where healing unfolds naturally, empowering clients to reconnect with their bodies, release pain, and restore balance and well-being. Anastasia’s work is guided by the belief that the body, mind, and nervous system are deeply interconnected, and when approached with compassion and mindful awareness, they hold the key to lasting healing and transformation. Outside of her practice, Anastasia finds joy in simple moments: spending time with her high school sweetheart, now her husband, and their two daughters; moving gently; and sharing the magic of Disney as a family. My intention is to offer a compassionate and safe space where true healing can unfold. Through the integration of neurosomatic therapy and trauma-informed care, I honor the deep connection between the body, mind, and nervous system. I gently guide clients to uncover and address the root causes of discomfort; whether structural, neurological, or emotional, so that lasting relief becomes possible. Through thoughtful assessment, mindful touch, corrective movement, and open communication, I support each person in feeling safe, empowered, and fully present in their healing journey. My deepest hope is that every client leaves with a renewed sense of connection, wholeness, and peace within themselves.
