My path into this work began with my own journey through chronic illness, trauma, and the long road back to myself, which taught me that healing is never just physical; it is emotional, energetic, and profoundly personal. That understanding guides every session. I blend intuitive, compassionate presence with therapeutic massage (Swedish, deep tissue, and cupping), Reiki, and sound therapy to calm the nervous system and support deeper healing.

I trust the body’s wisdom and its innate ability to heal when it is met with safe touch, skilled care, and room to simply be. My intention is to offer that kind of space, to meet you exactly where you are, honor your lived experience, and support your healing in a way that feels grounded, nurturing, and empowering.
