My background includes Swedish and deep tissue massage, Ashiatsu, cupping, gua sha, hot stone, and therapeutic massage. As a creative with an extensive background in dance, my style is flowy, intuitive, attentive, and deeply therapeutic. 

My goal is to support pain relief, ease tension, promote overall wellness, and create a sense of peace. I value meaningful professional relationships and believe massage is more than bodywork—it’s a safe, nurturing space for healing and self-care.
