Welcome! I’m glad you found me. My name is Em and I am a licensed massage therapist offering heart-centered, science-informed bodywork in Portland, Oregon. My specialty is Ashiatsu-Style Massage (barefoot). I am also well-versed in Swedish and chair massage. I create a space where you can finally breathe, soften, and come back into your body.  My work is nervous system-informed for people who are tired, tense, and craving real rest.
