Hi, I’m Kaylyn — founder of StoneFlow Bodywork.
My work lives at the intersection of bodywork, mindful movement, and nourishment. I help people feel more at home in their bodies through slow, intentional barefoot massage, corrective and strength-based movement, and practical lifestyle support that actually fits real life.
I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, a massage therapist specializing in deep myofascial barefoot techniques, and a holistic chef in training. But more than credentials, what shapes my work is lived experience — years of training, healing, overdoing it, pulling back, and learning how much the body thrives when it’s listened to rather than pushed.
My approach is not about “fixing” bodies. It’s about building awareness, restoring trust, and creating sustainable strength — physically and mentally. In sessions, that might look like slow, grounded massage that unwinds long-held tension, followed by simple movement that helps your body integrate and move more freely. Outside the session, it often means helping clients understand why their body feels the way it does and how small daily habits can change that.
StoneFlow Bodywork was created for people who want to feel strong without feeling strained, relaxed without feeling disconnected, and supported without pressure. My work is especially supportive for those dealing with chronic tension, pain patterns, stress overload, or who simply want to move and live with more ease and intention.
I believe care should feel human, not rushed. Grounded, not performative. And powerful in its simplicity.
When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me walking my dog Mace, strength training, cooking deeply nourishing meals, wandering farmers markets, or sitting quietly with a cup of something warm — practicing the same balance I help my clients cultivate.
I'm a Marine Corps veteran who prioritizes living a healthy, balanced, calm life. I enjoy strength training so much and the value it provides us within our bodies. It's important to increase bone density and overall, not lose the ability to use our bodies! It's so important to move and feel well, so my wish is to spread that joy and help you move and feel well in your body too.
