About Me
With over 17 years of experience as a registered nurse, I have developed a deep awareness of the physical pain many people carry. I felt called to offer a more hands-on, restorative approach to healing.
During the COVID years, I partnered with a naturopath to provide in-home care, an experience that introduced me to the transformative power of holistic medicine. This path ultimately led me to massage therapy.
I am deeply passionate about this work, and that passion is reflected in every session I provide.
What can I expect during my massage session?
My work naturally gravitates toward medium-to-firm pressure. I frequently incorporate my forearms, which allows for broader, more fluid, and consistent contact. This creates a balance of firm, therapeutic work paired with gentle, calming strokes.
That said, everyone’s needs and preferences are different. Before each session, we’ll talk about what you’re looking for and create a plan that feels right for you, making sure you stay comfortable the entire time. Whether you prefer deeper pressure, a lighter touch, or focused attention on a specific area, I’m happy to tailor each session to you.
You may have noticed that hot stone and cupping are not listed as add-on services. I believe your path to recovery shouldn’t come with additional costs, so both are included at no extra charge. If you’d like either incorporated into your session, please let me know in advance so I can prepare accordingly.
My ultimate goal is that you leave each session feeling better than when you arrived—feeling heard, supported, and deeply cared for.

- People have to work, as such I am available late. So put the kids down to sleep and end your day with a relaxing massage.

Massage for Everyone - Financial Assistance
I firmly believe that massage should never be inaccessible due to cost. To support this, I offer reduced rates for individuals earning less than $40,000 per year. For those with dependents, this income threshold increases by $5,000 for each additional household member.
What will I need to provide to qualify for financial assistance?
To receive financial assistance, you’ll need to submit proof of income. This can be done by providing a copy of your most recent IRS Form 1040. You’re welcome to black out any sensitive information, including Social Security numbers. Please leave visible the tax year, your name, filing status (such as single or married filing jointly), any dependent names, and Line 11 (Adjusted Gross Income).
Studio Policies
Appointment Scheduling
- Appointments can be made either online or by texting or calling (541) 515-7335.
- If you are receiving financial assistance, do not pay online. We will handle that directly together.
- When you call, I may be unable to answer as I’m often in session or working at my nursing job. Please leave your full name, a brief description of how I can help, and the best time to return your call.
- I make every effort to return calls the same day. Calls will be returned between 8 AM and 10 PM. I will not call after 7 PM unless you indicate in your message that it’s okay to do so.
Cancelation Policy
I understand that life happens and unexpected things can come up. Because it is harder to find clients last minute, If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice so I can offer the time slot to another client.
- Cancellations made within 48 and 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $30 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged at the full cost of the service.
- Rescheduling is not permitted within 48 hours of the appointment. Such attempts to reschedule will be treated as a cancellation and a subsequent rebooking.
- If the canceled appointment time is filled by another client, all cancellation charges and fees will be waived.

Sick Clients
- If you need to cancel within 48 hours due to illness or family emergency, I understand—these things happen. One such cancellation will be excused, with no fees charged. Any additional illness or emergency-related cancellations will be handled according to the standard cancellation policy.
Massage Times
- I allow sufficient time between appointments for travel. However, due to the nature of mobile massage, traffic or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally impact arrival times. I will send an estimated time of arrival (ETA) to help you prepare.
Parking
- Please ensure a place for me to park in your driveway.
- If this is not possible due to your living situation, please let me know the best place for me to legally park prior to the session so that we can start your massage on time.
- If the only option for parking is street parking, no session can exceed the max time allowed for parking.
- Any cost associated with parking for your session will be assessed to the final payment due.
- Due to the weight of the equipment required for your session, reliable parking must be available within one block of your residence.
Confidentiality
- Please be assured that all health and personal information collected is to ensure excellent client service. All information is held in the strictest confidence and is compliant with HIPAA regulations.
- For safety purposes, a designated contact will always be informed of the time, duration, and location of each session.
Payments
- All payments are due at the time of service.
- I accept all major credit cards, cash, and Venmo
- Any outstanding dues not paid at the time of service will be assesses a $30 late fee in addition to the payment due. No further appointments will be honored until the balance is paid in full.
Minors/Chaperones
- All minors under the age of 15 must have a responsible adult present during the entirety of the session.
- Minors, aged 15 to 17, may have their session without adult supervision, however a responsible adult must always be present and available at the location of the massage session.
- All clients, regardless of age, have the right to have a chaperone present during the massage session. Communicate this desire to the therapist prior to starting.
- The therapist is not responsible in providing a chaperone.
Gratuities (Tips):
- The best tip I could receive is an excellent review, referral to a friend, and, of course, a rebooking.
- If you feel compelled to give a financial tip, it would always be appreciated. This would greatly help ensure that I may continue to offer financial assistance to those in need.
Cleanliness:
- Please be sure to bathe prior to all appointments.
Work Environment:
- To provide the highest quality service, a minimum clear space of 12 ft by 7 ft is required to accommodate the massage table and allow for proper movement during the session.
