Jae is a licensed massage therapist & the founder of Sun Hands Bodywork. Her work centers around slow, deliberate bodywork designed to help the nervous system settle while gently addressing muscular tension. By working at an intentionally unhurried pace, Jae creates space for the body, mind, & breath to reconnect while moving toward greater ease.

Each session is guided by the client’s unique goals & shaped collaboratively -- meeting people exactly where they are that day. Jae feels especially honored to support individuals navigating grief, healing from domestic abuse, or simply seeking a place to slow down & reconnect with themselves. Clients are welcome to share as much -- or as little -- of their inner experience as feels comfortable so a thoughtful, supportive environment can be created for the work.
