I’m Brenna Golden (LMT), founder of Golden Restorative Therapy. I was drawn to massage therapy because I see the body as a connected system—how we move, work, and live all influence how we feel. When one area is restricted, others adapt. It’s all connected.

I’m a graduate of Alaska Career College and bring a diverse background in automotive, construction, caregiving, and customer service into my work. That experience gives me a practical understanding of how physical demands, repetitive movement, and everyday life show up in the body.

My approach to massage therapy is client-centered and restorative. Muscles work together as a system, and supporting that balance helps the body move and function more efficiently. As I often remind clients, an object in motion stays in motion.
