Jaden's life long love of learning includes training in the following modalities: Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and energy therapies.  Additionally, sessions may incorporate tools such as essential oils, hot stones or cups.  Whether you're looking to ease tension, enhance recovery, or simply unwind, Jaden is dedicated to helping you achieve optimal relaxation and relief.  She looks forward to working with you on your wellness journey.
