I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2012. I started my practice working in a healthcare professional office, meaning I worked alongside chiropractors, acupuncturists and massage therapists, focusing on clinical and therapeutic bodywork. In 2013 I started working out doing CrossFit and fell in love with both working out and working with athletes. I now work with many different kinds of athletes, CrossFit, runners, bodybuilders, power lifters, Olympic lifters, swimmers and beyond. I also work with many people who have dealt with chronic pain and discomfort to help them get relief and make a plan to stay that way. You don't have to be an athlete to get a therapeutic and clinical massage that also relaxes you. I currently rent a nice office room out of Crossfit Aevitas in Guilderland. This room is separate from the gym space, peaceful and very comfortable. Next to my room is the CryoLodge offering cryotherapy and more. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions! - Megan Paul, LMT
