Hazel came into our lives as a stray kitty in need of a little love and a safe place to call home. We rescued her, but somewhere along the way, she stole our hearts! Now Hazel is a beloved member of the Intentions family, sharing her gentle spirit, sweet personality, and comforting presence with everyone who visits. She reminds us that sometimes the ones we rescue end up bringing just as much love and healing into our own lives. ❤️

Why We Work With Women

At Intentions, we’ve chosen to focus our practice on working with women. Over time, we’ve found that women benefit most from the way we approach bodywork—using intuitive techniques, restorative pressure, and a nurturing environment that supports both healing and comfort.

While men often require the kind of deep, heavy pressure that isn’t sustainable for us to provide, women are the perfect match for the style of massage we specialize in: therapeutic sessions that release pain and tension while still feeling gentle, effective, and deeply renewing.

While we absolutely offer deep tissue work, we’re not the kind of therapists who go for that super-deep overly painful pressure. If you’re seeking someone to really dig in with elbows going through your ribs to your lungs, we might not be the right fit for you. We believe in working with the body to heal—not forcing it to the point of pain just for the sake of “going deep.”

By working specifically with women, we’re able to create a safe, intuitive, and supportive space where you can relax fully, let go of what weighs you down, and walk away feeling restored inside and out.

Cancellation & Appointment Policy

At Intentions Wellness for Women, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you. As a small business, we value your time and kindly ask that you respect ours as well.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled session.

No-Call, No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without providing any notice will not be permitted to book future appointments at Intentions Wellness for Women.

This policy is necessary because missed appointments prevent us from offering that time to another client and result in lost income for our small business.

Prepaid Appointments

If you have prepaid for an appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, your payment will remain as a credit on your account to be used toward a future service.

Prepaid appointments are nonrefundable.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the appointments of other clients. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late without contacting us may be considered a no-show.
