Ever since I was young, I've been massaging.  First it was my Mom, then my older sisters.  Bodywork is in my blood and I have an innate sense to help my clients.  I've helped many different types of bodies; healthy, strong, injured, pediatric, elderly, sick and dying. 

My aim is to help the whole person and to build long-term relationships with my clients. Helping people through injuries, reducing chronic pain and establishing long term goals, such as increasing the relaxation response in the body's system, would be an ideal working relationship.  I want to help you live a more balanced, pain-free, stress-free life, without reliance on medications.

I use essential oils that are Certified Pure Therapeutic and help you learn how to incorporate them into your lifestyle, if that is what you wish.  My modalities are Swedish, Trager, Myofascial Release, Soft-Tissue Melting, Reiki, Stretching, Deep Tissue.  I'll give you tools and exercises to do at home, in between appointments.
