I specifically treat sciatica, IT band and piriformis syndrome, tech-neck and neck pain, lower back chronic pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and TMJ pathology. Still, about 40-50% of my work is also medium to firm pressure relaxation for back and neck tension, specifically for office work stress-impacted people and chronic headaches caused by TMJ or Trigger point knots in neck and shoulders/scapula. I also incorporate in sessions elements of myofascial release and neuromuscular therapy in dry skin without usage of products and simple stretches scope for pacs and hips. I don't generally practice light-pressure Swedish massage. Still, if a person can't tolerate medium-to-firm or deep pressure, I can use light modalities for lymphatic drainage or prenatal back and hip releases.
