After several years working as a massage therapist with a focus on neuromuscular techniques, I decided to become a certified personal trainer—and that’s when everything clicked. What once felt like two separate disciplines came together as one. Through this integration, I realized that one of the primary drivers of acute or chronic muscle pain is a breakdown in communication between the nervous system and the muscular system.
When these connections are disrupted, the body begins to compensate. This can lead to postural distortions, restricted circulation, muscle imbalances, and persistent pain. Over time, these patterns become ingrained, especially when they’re influenced by everyday stressors such as prolonged sitting, repetitive movements, and past injuries or trauma earlier in life that never got corrected.
This understanding is the foundation of the bodywork I provide. My focus is on restoring healthy neuromuscular connection so the body can move, adapt, and heal more efficiently. I believe true healing comes from restoring connection in the body, and my goal is to help you and your body rebuild that connection—supporting long-term relief, improved function, and lasting wellness.
