Hello and welcome to Hands of a Healer - Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork! My name is TeNijah and I'm thrilled to share a bit about my journey and the passion behind my practice. As a licensed massage therapist in North Carolina and an alumna of Forsyth Technical Community College, I've dedicated years to honing my skills across various spas and franchises. This has been a path I feel destined to walk, as my early experiences giving back and shoulder massages to my mother and grandmother sparked a lifelong interest in healing touch. Through reflecting on stress, diet, and holistic health, I've found ways to alleviate chronic neck and shoulder pain as well as migraines challenges, emphasizing the importance of managing stress as a whole. My goal with Hands of a Healer is to create a sanctuary where clients can find solace from pain, comfort during pregnancy, and relaxation amidst everyday stress. Our tranquil environment, complete with dimmed lights, heated tables, and soothing music, aims to deliver a comprehensive, peaceful experience.
