A 90 minute session is great to be able to focus on more areas of tension and include a blend technique with relaxation and bodywork. Customize to your treatment goal(s).
A 120 minute massage is a wonderful option to work on body structural/postural issues causing aches and pains as well as trigger point techniques. However, 2 hours of a Swedish session is pure bliss!
