I’ve been helping clients feel and perform their best since earning my 900-hour Clinical Massage license with a Neuromuscular focus from PMTC in 2015. My background blends traditional and advanced techniques including  Sacred Lomi Lomi ,  Thai Massage ,  Reiki Energy Work ,  John F. Barnes Myofascial Release , and  Trigger Point and Deep Tissue modalities . This combination allows me to adapt each session to meet the specific needs of athletes, active individuals, and anyone seeking recovery, balance, or stress relief.
