About Duane Wrenn, BS. LMT — The Energetic Soul Hello, I’m Duane Wrenn, founder of Energetic Soul Wellness. As a movement coach with over 30 years of experience, my mission is simple: to help people move, feel, and perform better in life—without being limited by pain or injury. I combine a diverse background in wellness, bodywork, and movement arts to create programs that support lasting transformation. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance and Health Promotion, and I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), a Professor of Cuban-Style Dance Interpretation, and one of the few non-medical healthcare practitioners in Michigan certified in Tension and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), developed by Dr. David Berceli. Over the past five years, my focus has shifted toward understanding more about neurofitness, pain science, the role of the nervous system in chronic stress, mobility limitations, and long-term injury prevention. I’ve studied both Eastern and Western movement traditions to better understand how our bodies communicate across systems—structurally, neurologically, and energetically. My passion for movement has also led me into the world of martial arts. I’m honored to have been a disciple and former student of the Wu Family of Tai Chi Chuan, an experience that continues to influence my approach to mindful, intentional movement. Whether I’m working with individuals, groups, or companies, I believe wellness should be empowering, sustainable, and joyful. Energetic Soul Wellness is here to help you reconnect with your body, restore balance, and rediscover the energy within. Through private coaching, group classes, and specialized programs, I support clients in: Reducing chronic tension and pain, improving balance, stability, and mobility, while building nervous system resilience, enhancing physical awareness and movement quality, all for reconnecting with natural movement patterns through breath and body control. “When we feel well, we move well. And when we move well, we live better.” Duane C. Wrenn, BS. LMT.
