Move-Meant specializes in overcoming the beginning stages of burnout & back pain for women through Massage Therapy, CST, and Yoga. Hannah, a Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist since 2009, became a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2013.
Over 15 years of experience and also experiencing burnout & back pain herself, She was re-introduced to CST (Craniosacral Therapy). Hannah knew after her first treatment (as a client) that her back pain & burnout could have been easily prevented, which is why she is raising awareness through her work.
