I’m a licensed massage therapist and personal trainer with a passion for body rejuvenation; from athletes to retirees, every body deserves healing . I discovered my ability to change my body’s composition through my own fitness journey in 2021. Consistency didn’t come easily at first; it felt almost impossible to push through the aches and pains that come from moving your body in ways it hasn’t before. As the determined, stubborn student of life that I am, I threw myself into researching ways to recover while still working toward my fitness goals. Through that research, I learned how to recover actively using self-myofascial release, foam rolling, and stretching. But it didn’t stop there. I eventually discovered massage, and it changed my life. Not only did my aches and pains fade, but I also gained a deeper understanding of how to truly care for my body through rest, nutrition, and healthy habits. What I realized is that if I had access to this knowledge at the beginning of my journey, I would have excelled much sooner. Still, I have no regrets. My journey led me here and equipped me with the tools I now use to pour into others. My background allows me to take a well-rounded approach to bodywork and recovery. I consider each client’s lifestyle factors, as well as their mental and physical state, and I create space for them to feel seen and heard as they discover how their bodies respond and adapt. My work focuses on helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and support overall wellness through intentional, results-driven massage. By understanding how movement, strength, and nutrition impact the body, I’m able to tailor each session to support both immediate relief and long-term physical health. Preferred modalities (not limited to): Basic Swedish massage, myofascial release, stretching and foot reflexology.
