I have been practicing massage for 15+ years. I attended the Bhakti Academe in Safety Harbor, FL. I am a certified Reflexologist (Ingham Method), as well as being profocient in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Swedish massage techniques. I have worked in many different settings, including spas, salons, chain therapeutic massage settings, client homes and my own practice. I specialize in deep tissue work. I enjoy working with you to customize a variety of techniques that will help bring your body back into balance. I have been involved in my church, having served as a Youth Pastor and Youth Camp Director, and I am a mother to three adult children and a grandma too! I have lived in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Texas, and Florida in addition to my current home in Maryland where I have extended family. Having traveled throughout the East Coast and Midwestern US, as well as to Kiev, Ukraine, and the Bahamas, I look forward to visiting Ireland and Israel in the future.
