After more than 20 years in the corporate world, I came to a life-changing realization: massage therapy is not only physically healing, but spiritually restorative—for both the client and the practitioner. I truly believe it was God who led me to this path. Attending the Baltimore School of Massage marked a turning point in my life, and through this calling, I have found my God-given purpose. I am a certified member of the Association of Massage and Bodywork Professionals and graduated at the top of my class. My professional development continues through advanced training in Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Techniques, Acupressure, Neural Muscular Therapy and other structurally based modalities. These tools allow me to create personalized, effective sessions for every individual I work with. My massage practice is rooted in prayer, presence, and trust in the Holy Spirit’s guidance. I approach each session with humility and care, believing that every body tells a story, and that God can use the connection between mind, body, and spirit as a powerful instrument of healing. Inspired by the timeless Christian virtues of Fides, Spes, Caritas—faith, hope, and love—I strive to bring not just relief, but a deeper sense of peace and renewal to every client. I see each session as an opportunity to serve others with the love of Christ. This work continues to shape me, helping me grow both as a therapist and as a follower of Christ.
