Massage therapy can effect the influence of how the body works at various levels and stages of life. I am trained in a range of modalities designed to enhance and help support your health and wellness. My bodywork specialties include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point Release, Pregnancy, Geriatric/Seniors. Each session is thoughtfully customized with your needs in mind. 

Some of the benefits of my therapeutic sessions include: relaxation, reduction of stress, anxiety, muscle pain and joint stiffness; increased circulation, increased flexibility and range of motion. I also provide a compassionate healing touch for those who are alone and for individuals in hospice care, offering comfort dignity and support during sensitive times. 

As your licensed massage therapist, I work closely with you to understand your needs and areas of concern. Ensuring each session both effective and restorative.
