Sara currently resides and practices massage therapy in Chicago, IL. She received a diploma in Clinical Massage Therapy and certificate in Sports Massage from the Soma Institute in Chicago and has been practicing since 2023. Sara is passionate about helping others and is humbled and honored to assist in people's healing journies. She has a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy, physiology and kinesiology principles and is proficient in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release therapy, Swedish and sports massage techniques. Sara completed continuing education in Cupping Therapy and offers it as an add-on to massage services. As a former dancer and life-long mover, Sara brings a sense of flow and deep understanding of the body and movement patterns to her sessions. She hopes her clients leave each session with a greater sense of body awareness, reduced pain and an overall feeling of relaxation. In her free time, she loves to dance, take long walks and spend time with friends.
