The roots of my practice, my path as a healer didn't begin in a classroom; it began at home. Inspired by my grandmother’s holistic practice, I grew up watching how a thoughtful, caring touch could transform someone’s health. She taught me that healing is as much about listening as it is about technique. Today, I carry that legacy into every session, blending the wisdom passed down through generations with the clinical precision I’ve gained throughout my career.

I am an advanced Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) specializing in clinical post-operative recovery and therapeutic bodywork. Holding an elite 135-hour CLT certification with advanced training in professional bandaging, I am highly qualified to support clients through specialized post-surgical healing and lymphatic management.

In addition to my clinical expertise, I offer a wide range of traditional therapeutic massages and including Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Myofascial Release designed to relieve stress and ease chronic pain. I also incorporate my signature relaxation technique to soothe the nervous system and melt away deeper tension. Combining technical precision with a deeply caring approach, I create customized treatment plans that promote faster recovery, reduce swelling, and restore full-body harmony.
