My goal as a licensed massage therapist (10 years) is to improve the health and healing process of individuals who have undergone plastic or cosmetic surgery by servicing their needs with manual lymphatic drainage, Swedish and other modalities. I do this by creating a safe and caring environment that fosters your healing journey. I utilize various techniques and create specialized treatments for whatever stage of your transformation journey you are in. Whether your goal is to decrease swelling and fluid retention, increase range of motion, lessen lumpiness or the appearance of scars, I devise a treatment plan that will work for you. During my own transformation journey, I have lost over 80 lbs. It is during this that I committed to becoming a certified life coach, to better support my clients through their journey. Some of my passions are yoga, healthy eating and living my best life. I specialize in women's health and wellness issues.
