Hello! I'm Theo. I'm a queer, transmasc, and neurodivergent massage therapist. I believe that the most transformative healing occurs when our nervous systems are able to settle. My approach to bodywork is being present, cultivating body awareness, and extending compassion. The techniques I use in our sessions are guided by your goals and feedback, integrated with my knowledge, intuition, and energy. When I’m not working, you can find me trying a new coffee shop, going for a swim in the lake, and playing soccer & basketball with my local queer community.
