Urban Zen Bodywork is a cozy boutique bodywork and skincare studio located in a bungalow-style 1920's building space. We are not a traditional spa — our focus is intentional, therapeutic work in a calm and welcoming environment.

We are by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins, same day appointments are accepted with by phone.

New clients are kindly asked to prepay to reserve their appointment.

While we do not offer couples massage in the same room, we can accommodate 2–3 sessions at the same time in separate rooms with advance booking.

We have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged in full.

What Makes Our Massage Different

We help fix tissue issues.

Our team is made up of highly skilled bodyworkers trained in a wide variety of techniques to support pain relief, mobility, recovery, relaxation, and overall wellness.

We charge for time and expertise — not for deeper pressure, cupping, hot towels, or essential oils.

Each session may include stretching, myofascial work, cupping, aromatherapy, hot towels, and the use of hands, feet, knees, arms, and elbows to find the best tool for your body’s needs.

We are bodyworkers, not just massage therapists.
