How I Got Here: I love learning how our bodies work! My massage therapy is rooted in a 20-year journey with movement and recovery. As a former gymnast/coach, I had used and abused my body! I like to say I looked bright and shiny on the outside but my insides where a mess. Through yoga I finally found my way home to myself. Yoga taught me that healing isn't about pushing harder; it’s about listening closer. After taking a yoga teacher training, I realized I wanted to know more about what’s happening inside the body, so in 2007 I graduated from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy.
How You Move: I am deeply curious about how the body works and the unique way yours tells its story. I recognize that every body is different, and what worked for you yesterday might not be what you need today. This curiosity led me to dive deep into the "whys" of anatomy and massage therapy, looking for the root of dysfunction so we can create lasting change together.
Designed for You: Each massage is intuitively designed to meet your needs with a blend of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial release, NeuroMuscular Reprogramming, Body Tuning and Energy Healing. Taking care of aches and pains while melting away tension and stress.
