 My clients see me for abdominal therapy and Deep Tissue massage. I work with conditions such as:

In 2022, I became trauma informed. I believe creating safety inside the body allows for complete alignment and pain relief. I incorporate Reflexology and aromatherapy into my sessions for deeper relaxation of the nervous system.

I see clients in my office and also travel to homes in the Glastonbury area, with lunch hour massage being the most common request.
