Massage should calm both body and mind. My technique blends Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques to provide a relaxing yet therapeutic massage. Using long, smooth strokes, I target areas of tension to create a relaxing experience. I listen carefully to my clients and their bodies, which allows me to create a massage that is tailored to each client’s individual needs. I have had success treating severe pain, by focusing on whole body care with a focus on the back, neck, and shoulders.
