Leela began 14 years ago as a Licensed Massage Therapist and is a practitioner of the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®. She also has advanced training in Holistic Nutrition and digestive health. She's works with conditions such as bladder/rectal/uterine prolapse, birth injuries, reflux, digestive disorders and post-partum pelvic realignment. Leela received additional training in 2022 to be a trauma-informed bodyworker and believes creating safety inside the body allows for complete alignment and pain relief. Her primary work is in Swedish and Deep-Tissue massage. She also incorporates Reflexology into her sessions upon request.
