I offer relaxing Swedish massage, deeper therapeutic work, Myofascial Release (MFR), Thai-style stretches and compressions, and prenatal and postnatal massage. Each session can also be a customized blend designed to help you leave feeling better than when you arrived.

My home studio is located in Longmont, Colorado, and I also offer mobile massage if you’d prefer to relax in the comfort of your own home.
