As a massage therapist, I aim to help clients connect with their body and find healing within. This includes using myofascial release, mindfulness, aromatherapy and energy work to help the nervous system unwind the tissue. My path to massage therapy was inspired by my personal journey living with chronic pain and working in mental health. I believe touch should always be consensual and strive to create a safe, welcoming environment.
