With Out of the Box Massage, you will get a complete massage experience including aromatherapy, relaxing music, and a heated table, in the comfort of your own home.  I have encountered clients with a wide range of physical ailments, ranging from minor work related aches and pains to chronic inflammatory diseases.  My mission is to get you feeling great and keep you feeling great, so that you can keep doing the things you love to do.

Shelly has been practicing massage since 2012 and has been licensed in four states.  Her journey to massage started on the other side of the table, when her chiropractor suggested massage for her low back pain.   After completing massage school, Shelly worked for the chiropractor that introduced her to massage.  She has worked in multiple settings since then, but has found a passion in bringing massage directly to the folks who need it.  When not working, Shelly loves to play outside.  On a sunny day, you might run into her on a hiking trail or catch her paddle boarding on one of the many reservoirs around town, usually accompanied by her wife and two dogs.  She lives in the middle of the Springs and loves to tackle house projects during her downtime. Shelly’s biggest goal in life is to still be doing the things she loves in her 80’s and she wants to help you do the same.
