Jeanette has been a licensed massage therapist since 1997 and considers it a privilege and a joy to be a part of women's self-care journeys.  She specializes in Swedish massage for relaxation, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy for chronic pain and tension.

*Please note: For deep tissue or trigger point therapy, a full-body massage is achievable when providing equal attention to all areas, but it may not be possible in order to adequately treat problem areas that need extra focused attention.  Thirty minutes can be good for a quick, targeted spot treatment (like neck & shoulders or low back).  Sixty minutes is best if you need extra attention on 1-2 problem areas. Ninety minutes is best if you need extra attention on 2-3 (maybe 4) problem areas.  Multiple extra-attention areas may require an additional session.  I will do my best to be thorough and cover as much area as possible during your session.
