MY Day Spa is a Veteran-owned and operated day spa located in Falcon, Colorado. We are proud to provide a relaxing and welcoming environment while offering a variety of services, including neuromuscular massage therapy, facials, and waxing services.

Our spa features five private treatment rooms and one couples massage room.

For clients with children, we also offer drop-in childcare for children ages 8 weeks through 10 years old for an additional fee. Please call us directly to schedule couples massages or childcare services, as these services require advance coordination.

Pregnancy Policy

For the safety of our clients and to comply with MY Day Spa policies, massage services cannot be provided during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Pregnant clients may receive massage services once they have reached 12 weeks of pregnancy or later. Please inform our staff of your pregnancy when scheduling your appointment so we can ensure the appropriate service is booked.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or changes be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
