I was introduced to massage therapy as a healing modality in 2010 after
an almost fatal climbing accident. With the first-hand experience of
going through the rehabilitation process from a traumatic injury, I
decided to become a massage therapist and help others heal from
injuries, accidents, or any aches and pains that hold them back from
engaging in activities they love. I take a holistic approach and
encourage clients to take an active role in their own healing via
exercises, stretches, good dieting, and stress relieving activities.
I specialize in medical and orthopedic massage as these approaches are
result-driven and require a deep understanding of human anatomy. I am trained in the ancient art of Thai Yoga massage. I use all of my knowledge to gear each massage specifically to my client’s needs. I am dedicated to always learning and becoming a better practitioner.
For
fun I enjoy camping, hiking, running, biking, dancing, yoga,
exercising, polar plunges, gardening, playing drums, and continuing to
learn as much as I can about the human body.
