My name is Mary E. Dennis. I am a dedicated healing arts practitioner. For the past 26 years, I have been offering integrated health education and bodywork to clients in a private practice. Each session is individualized based on what I assess during the intake and observation .  As a health educator, I look at the whole person and offer anything from stretches, dietary suggestions, to workstation body mechanics as a way to help clients maintain a sense of well being for body and mind. I  bring years of experience and knowledge on how allow the body to realign and re-energize itself.
