Nathan uses manual therapy techniques, movement assessment, and strength & conditioning principles to offer his clients one-on-one individualized care. This ensures that every client is assessed appropriately for their individualized needs. Helping people learn about their body, recover faster, get out of pain, or prevent injury is what he strives for. His journey all began with sports as the defining factor for wanting to be involved with health, fitness, healthcare, and giving back. He has played a variety of sports with the main ones being wrestling and rugby. His occupation as a physical therapy aide and these sports helped him pursue and achieve his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton. He then went on to pursue his Certified Massage Therapy certification with sports emphasis from Southern California University of Health sciences. He practiced at a physical therapy clinic for a few years and took the leap to pursue a Doctorate in Sports Medicine Chiropractic at Southern California University of Health Sciences. He is expected to graduate on December 2022 and has been diligent on helping his clients, learning new skills, staying active, and studying. He offers his passion to help others and his passion for sport/fitness.
