Hi , my name is Mary Vainahii . I am a licensed massage therapist in San Francisco with over 10 years of experience in bodywork and manual therapy.  My work combines deep tissue massage , myofascial release, craniosacral massage, visceral massage , and therapeutic massage  to help reduce  pain  improve mobility, release tension , and support the body’s natural healing process. I studied massage therapy at National Holistic Instetute in California and also completed extensive  training in osteopathy , applied kinesiology , and craniosacral therapy.
