Kristin Shoemaker CMT, founder and practitioner, offers an intuitive and integrative style of therapeutic massage that is highly personalized.  She integrates gentle deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, Reiki (Japanese energy work) and facial massage. As well, she is now offering her signature Somatic Weaving Massage treatments. Each treatment is tailored to support nervous system regulation, tension release and embodied awareness.
