My name is Amanda Grimshaw and I am a trained massage therapist through Therapeutic Connections School of Massage. I am trained in Swedish, Deep tissue, Trigger point, and Prenatal massage; my specialty is therapeutic relaxation where I incorporate deeper work, while relaxing the body to ease the nervous system and allow the muscle tension to dissolve. I want to make the environment a warm and welcoming place for clients to leave their stress at the door, and come out of sessions transformed and ready to begin a new. 

I chose to be a massage therapist because I use to massage my friends and family growing up, and I was told I had healing hands. It took me some time to go to massage school and once I did it created a ripple effect where I can now see that I have an amazing skill I want to share with others.
