Do you ever get a massage and feel like the therapist was checked out, not listening, too aggressive, or just going through the same flow they use on everyone? You won't get that from me!  

I use an intuitive approach tailored to each client.  After reviewing your intake form and conducting a verbal intake, I use a fully custom approach for each person.  My flow, techniques, applications, and pressure are adjusted so that I can give customers exactly what they need. 

 I have a range of skills and knowledge from basic Swedish massage to trigger point, myofacial release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, and stretching.  I am also skilled at Reiki, energy work, and chakra balancing, Thai, and Shiatsu.  I love using hot stones and cupping to help break up stubborn adhesions and fascia. 

I pride myself on listening to clients and their bodies, tissue matching, and delivering a relaxing and rejuvenating massage while also addressing issues and pain. My goal is to have healthy, happy clients who return as needed for treatment. 

While I do have prices listed, including add-ons, I generally just add treatments (with consent) at no charge if it is needed and can offer a range of discounts to help make massage accessible, as I view it as an essential part of a healthy life and body deserved by all!

I am located at The Main Touch, 20 W. Main Street, Spokane, WA. 

I am not currently offering mobile massage outside of events. 

I have a home office in the Mt. Spokane foothills, but it is reserved for community members, friends, and current clients who have difficulty getting downtown.
