Welcome! I'm delighted to be a resident of the community, supporting small business efforts in downtown Shelton! I'm at 3rd and Railroad Sunday, Tuesday and Friday. Please message me with any questions about my services. Best ways to reach me are DM at my website, text or FB Messenger.
My primary offering is Licensed Massage. Massage styles available include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy Massage (with special cushioned support), Facilitated Stretching, Thai Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Myofascial Release. My specialties are Injury Treatment/Prevention, and Meridian Massage (inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine). I can offer these separately, or combine clinical approaches with relaxation techniques.
I do not bill insurance of any kind at my Shelton location. I can provide a detailed receipt for you to seek reimbursement, and I accept HSA/FSA cards. Folks seeking to use private insurance for massage should direct all questions to Steamboat Health and Wellness in Olympia. (I'm there Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays). They can be contacted at (360) 866-6479 or steamboatwellness@gmail.com.
I offer additional wellness services exclusively at my primary office in Shelton: Online Booking, Certified Yoga and Meditation Instruction, and BodyMind Bridge Hypnotherapy. I also have a background supporting folks in recovery from trauma and addiction from a peer perspective. Recovery Coaching is available in tandem with another paid service. This is a judgment free zone. All body sizes, genders, ethnicities, neurodiversities and ages are welcome.
I support the health of the planet with organic oils, all natural cleaning solutions, laundry products and essential oils by request. I utilize public transit daily, everywhere i go. The only mobile massage I offer at this time is chair massage for locations within walking distance of my office.
My unique approach heals pain and stress on a deep level. I strive to maintain my own energy in a way that creates a healing environment. Quiet sessions with minimal talking are welcome and encouraged. I've been a bodyworker since 2005 and I love it! My mission: Support your recovery. Guide your return to the natural flow of wellness. Help establish or maintain a rhythm of self care. As a lifelong resident of Puget Sound, my vision is inspired by the healing movement of the tides. Namaste~
