It is my goal to help clients have long lasting results. During a typical session we not only discuss what "problem" areas and goals you have for your session that day, but also lifestyle choices that may be helping or hindering. I approach my work with a holistic perspective, incorporating a great deal of myofascial and breath work. My touch is kind, specific, and adjusted to match your comfort level. Last, but not least, expect homework! As I stated above, it is my goal to make the positive changes in your body as long-lasted as possible. This may include stretches, forms of relaxation breathing, and/or hydrotherapy.
