My goal is to help you feel better in your body, creating more ease, spaciousness, and restfulness. To treat postural imbalance, pain, and stress, I work with muscle, fascia, and the nervous system, mixing massage with breathwork and gentle movement. I use a blend of modalities, including:

- Swedish and deep tissue massage
- craniosacral techniques
- guided somatic movement
- passive stretching
