NOVA’S F.A.R Massage provides mobile recovery-focused massage therapy throughout Northern Virginia, serving athletes, fighters, active adults, healthcare workers, and clients dealing with pain, tension, stress, and mobility limitations.

Founded by Joseph Kosseh, a Licensed Massage Therapist in Virginia with a background as a mixed martial arts fighter and over a decade of experience in healthcare, this work is built from multiple angles: athletic performance, the strain carried by working bodies, and the realities of aging bodies that require thoughtful, respectful touch.

Each session is focused on relief, recovery, and rest — meeting each body where it is. Sessions may include deep tissue, Swedish massage, focused recovery work, and resistive stretch therapy, with attention to pressure, pacing, communication, and how the body responds over time.
