Price includes gratuity. Session time includes getting on and off the table. Price also includes essential oil enhancements. I offer a variety of massage styles. Swedish Massage: traditional relaxation, light- medium pressure. Includes reflexology. Deep Tissue: working the deeper layers of tissue to ease tension within the muscles. Keep in mind the deep tissue takes time for muscles to release properly. Sports massage: Focuses on the areas used  in specific activity. Some sessions include stretching.  Recovery massage: Helps ease any aches and pains. These sessions are focused on each specific injury or pain you are experiencing. Includes Trigger point therapy. Reflexology: working points on the ears, hands and feet. Relaxing light/medium pressure. Prenatal massage: designed to follow woman throughout their pregnancy. Sideline only for 2nd and 3rd trimesters. Table Thai massage: designed to unwind the body. Involves assisted stretching and movement. You wear active clothes to stretch in. Read on to learn more about me. I graduated from the Utah Collage of Massage Therapy in Salt Lake City in 2008. my career started with me working in a local Park City Clinic. It was there I practiced my techniques on health conscious and active individual. I worked there for 9 years. Throughout those years I continued my education. I received my Thai massage certification and Basic Lymphatic drainage certification.  after so many years I decided it was time to try something new. I decided to try working more in the luxury side of massage. I took the next step in my career and excepted a position at Montage Deer Valley Spa. I started here in 2016 after I had my son. It was here I was able to practice my 5 star standard customer service. They helped me develop my attention to detail. I received continued education in number of spa treatments. I am currently still working here. So here we are today, I am ready to build something that’s mine. Ready to build a my clientele closer to home.
