I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2018. I love helping others and have always felt drawn to natural alternatives of healing for as long as I can remember. When I graduated high school, my journey to seek to be in the health care industry immediately begun. I have been a certified nurse aide, to an administrative assistant in the healthcare industry, and now massage therapy, which makes me feel like this profession was my calling all along. While I was working at a functional medicine clinic and had to take some time off after surgery, my passion grew for massage therapy. During time at home to recover from my surgery, I discovered the holistic approach was effective for me and my family when massage therapy became a regular part of healing process. I wanted to share my own personal experience of the benefits of massage therapy to others, so I enrolled into Kekino Academy Institute in Plano, Texas, and it was one of the best decisions that I could have ever made. I primarily specialize in Swedish Massage therapy and provide additional services to my clients to enhance their experience of relaxation, recovery, healing, improved mobility and performance through my basic, but skilled and unique massage techniques. I believe that your mind, body, and soul all must be aligned with each other to function properly and getting regular massages really plays a big role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Massage therapy is an added bonus that ties into the other parts of your life. Swedish massages provide so many various types of benefits, such as: pain management, increased blood flow circulation, increased flexibility, rehabilitation for muscle injuries/recoveries, improved immune systems, and my personal favorite.....REDUCED STRESS. Swedish massage is a great way to treat yourself and beyond. The physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual effects of receiving this particular massage can benefit the body in so many extraordinary ways. It is NEVER too late to give your body what it "kneads."
Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
